Our Training Process

At BMW, we are committed to training alongside you every step of the way.

 

BMW provides four, one-week training modules our missionaries take before deploying to the field. We work with teammates to plan out the timing of these training events.

​

ONBOARD, EQUIP and DEPLOY are normally offered to our current missionary roster, though exceptions are sometimes made for invited guests. EXPLORE is open to anyone seeking to take those first steps of obedience in discerning God’s calling in their lives.
