Restore Compassion Ministry (RCM)
The nations are no longer far away. They are now next door.
God is at work among the children of Ishmael, refugees, immigrants, and diaspora communities. The 10/40 Window is no longer limited to overseas missions. It is here in our neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, and cities.
RCM is a biblically grounded ministry that equips churches, mission teams, and leaders to engage these communities with the compassion of Christ, cultural wisdom, and faithful disciple-making.
Many ministries have the right message, but often struggle to build trust. RCM helps believers move past fear, assumptions, and shallow outreach, guiding them toward relational, Christ-centered ministry.
RCM believes Scripture is our authority, Jesus Christ is our message, and the Church is called to make disciples of all nations. We also believe that effective ministry across cultures requires more than good intentions. It requires understanding honor, shame, dignity, belonging, relational trust, and the cultural realities that shape how people hear truth.
RCM serves churches, multicultural leaders, and those who want to engage the children of Ishmael communities through training, coaching, consulting, and discipleship-making support.
Phillip (RCM founder) grew up in the heart of the Middle East. He speaks not only the language of the children of Ishmael but also understands their hearts' culture. For more than a decade, he has equipped Western believers to share the gospel with wisdom, humility, and honor across North Africa and the Middle East.
Through outreach, missions, and culturally sensitive discipleship, Phillip helps churches build trust and create pathways for gospel witness, guided by dignity, hospitality, and compassion.
RCM distinctives are clear:
Build trust first.
Because people rarely receive truth from those they do not trust.
Uncover the hidden power of culture:
Gain clarity on the challenges holding your ministry back.
Build meaningful connections:
Understand the key factors that influence your relationships with Muslims.
Guide your mission team’s growth:
Recognize your team’s development trajectory and make informed decisions to foster healthier relationships and fruitful collaboration.
Leverage cultural dynamics:
Explore the nuances of American culture and determine whether they represent opportunities or challenges in your ministry work.
Finally, RCM provides cultural and practical backup as your relationship with Ishmael continues to engage, not to entrain
