Joshua is a church planter and discipleship missionary serving in Southeast Asia. Born in Ukraine and adopted by a family in the United States after life-saving heart surgery as a child. Joshua came to faith in Christ at fourteen, during his recovery from his third open-heart surgery, and was immediately burdened for the Great Commission – a calling that has shaped every step of his ministry. Today, he helps lead a growing, trilingual, local church plant in the heart of the city. His focus is on discipleship, reaching the expatriate community through gospel-centred counselling and recovery ministry, while also teaching and training university students and rural pastors in theology. Joshua's ministry is a living testimony to the God who restores broken hearts; through his work, that same restoration is being extended to the people of Southeast Asia.
