IN THE MOUNTAINS OF THE TIROL When BMW's predecessor mission (Worldwide European Fellowship) began its ministry in southern Germany and the Tirol region of Austria in 1965, independent churches were unknown in these regions. BMW began church planting efforts in Landeck and Imst in the mid 1960's. The church planting effort in Telfs began in the late 1960's.
From 1985 to the present, the Gaudets have concentrated their efforts in Telfs as well as helping out another missionary couple just west of the capitol city of Innsbruck and south in the Stubai valley. Future targeted church-planting sites include West Innsbruck and Zirl, the largest city East of Telfs. For more on

Rick
& Bev Gaudet began their ministry in Imst in 1974 and joined
the Telfs work in 1979. In addition to the Telfs work, Rick has
also assisted church planting efforts in Reutte on the Austrian/German
border and has been involved in the production and printing of evangelistic
literature and Bible study courses for his own ministry as well
as for other German speaking believers, churches and BMW.
