Although
New York City is in the United States of America, it is truly a
city that brings the world to our very doorstep. New York City is
made up of five boroughs or counties. They are Manhattan, The Bronx,
Queens, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. In Queens alone, there are
150 languages spoken. You can visit nearly any country in the world
in this one borough.
THE
MINISTRY IN NYC
Our
heartbeat is to reach out to every people group (where they are)
with the gospel of Christ. This is done through open-air evangelism.
By using a sketchboard and other gospel illustrations, the gospel
is presented to every age group. Youth groups from all over the
U.S. are trained to reach out to this needy city. What a joy it
is to see people saved and then grow in a local church!
FUTURE
MINISTRY
We
desire to see a full-time team join with us to reach this diverse
city. There is a need for biblically-based churches to be planted
all over the city. In NYC, where cults and the world's religions
are strong, and the Adversary is seeking whom He may devour, Christians
must reach these hungry souls, or these souls will perish in darkness.
