Dave Brown Area Director for South Africa After working as a litigation attorney in the Philadelphia area for seven years and serving in the local church, David, his wife Karin, and their four children joined BMW's church planting team in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1994. They trained emerging pastors, church planters and church leaders while planting Sandton Bible Church. In 1999, David began serving as BMW’s Area Director for Europe, overseeing missionaries serving in eight European countries. The Browns also started a church in their Atlanta neighborhood. In 2004, the Browns returned to Johannesburg to assist the Sandton church in planting its daughter churches, to coordinate new outreaches, and oversee BMW's work and missionaries in South Africa. |

| Jim Brown Administrative Director After graduating from Dallas Theological Seminary, Jim and his wife Betty invested nine years in ministry with Arctic Missions, Inc. (now known as InterAct Ministries) working with Indians, Aleuts, and Eskimos. Jim served as a teacher, pastor and an institute administrator. After leaving Alaska, Jim served as Dean and Instructor of the Sacramento Bible Institute in Sacramento, CA. He also became the founding pastor-teacher for the Cornerstone Fellowship Bible Church in Riverside, CA. In 1996 Jim joined the administration of Biblical Ministries Worldwide. |

Kevin Foster Representative Kevin was saved from sin a month before graduating from high school in 1979. He attended Word of Life Bible Institute and Calvary Bible College, where he graduated with a degree in Christian Camping. He has 14 years of experience in vocational Christian ministry as a youth pastor and camp director. Along with his wife Lisa and their children, the Fosters have had various ministry involvement within the local church, including mission team leadership, teen ministry, AWANA, teaching children and adult Sunday School, music and drama ministry, Christian parenting classes, and church leadership. Kevin's understanding of both vocational and avocational ministry has given him a helpful perspective in serving local churches. Currently Kevin divides his time between running his small business in Michigan and working in BMW's Church Relations Department promoting the Companion Church Concept in the Midwest. |

Dominic Gonino Area Director for the United States Dominic graduated from Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music in Michigan. He took 3 years of under graduate training and 2 years of post-graduate training as a pastoral major. He married his wife Elaine, in 1981. They have 2 children, Nathan born in 1982 and Karissa born in 1986. Dominic & Elaine have served with BMW since 1982. Their field of ministry has involved church planting amongst the Mormons in Idaho & Utah. They have served in several different locations in the church planting efforts on the field. Since 1996 Dominic has also served as the field leader by leading the church planting team in Mormon land before stepping in as area director in 2005. He is presently still pastoring the church that he most recently planted in Liberty, Utah. |

Henry Heijermans General Director Emeritus Henry and his wife Cathy have served as missionaries in The Netherlands in a church-planting ministry. He became General Director of Biblical Ministries Worldwide in 1958 and continued in that capacity until 1987. He served as president of Fellowship of Missions (FOM) from 1987 to 1997. Henry is available for missions conferences and as consultant in evaluation and assessment, strategic planning, problem solving, personnel and other management-related concerns in churches and nonprofit agencies. |

Rob Heijermans Area Director of the Americas and the Caribbean Rob Heijermans and his family served as a church planters in Nova Scotia, Canada from 1979 to 1998. Rob is currently the Area Director for the Americas, overseeing missionaries in Canada, Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean. He loves to teach the Scriptures and also has a great interest in language and culture issues and ESL. Both he and his wife, Donna, enjoy serving local churches however they can. |

Patrick Howell Western Representative & International Ministries Consultant Pat completed training with New Tribes Mission and The Masters Seminary. Since 1980, he has served local churches in interim, assistant, associate, and senior pastoral ministry. While attending seminary, Grace Church sent Pat and his family to South Africa where they assisted in the planting of churches in Johannesburg and Pretoria. From 1993-1999 he served Grace Church as a Senior Staff Member and Associate Pastor for Outreach and International Ministries. Pat served TMS as a Faculty-Associate in Expository Preaching and Pastoral Ministries until 2005. Currently, he serves as a Missions Specialist to The Bible Church of Little Rock, Arkansas, and as a Faculty Member and Assistant to the Academic Dean of The Expositors Seminary. Pat's ministry has led him to more than 20 countries, teaching, preaching and researching ministry opportunities for American churches and developing international ministry partnerships. Pat serves as a consultant for strategic planning, leadership development, and the developing of a Biblical philosophy of international ministries for the local church. Robert (Bob) Jeffcott General Director Emeritus Dr. Robert E. Jeffcott is a missions leader with 30 years of experience in "hands-on" missionary ministry. He has visited many countries and has been a conference speaker in both small and large churches. Dr. Jeffcott has a pastor's heart and will be a benefit to your church and a challenge to your young people. |

Bill Kinkade After studying at Bob Jones University, Bill and his wife Marilyn began an 18-year ministry among the Chinese boat people in 1954. From 1974-1981 Bill served as a pastor, and for the past sixteen years he has traveled as a mission representative challenging God's people to get involved in missions and continued ministry among the Chinese here in the United States. |

Dick Knox Representative Dick accepted Christ as his personal Savior in 1945. He received Bible and music training at Bob Jones University and began full-time ministry in 1952 as a tenor soloist, trombone soloist, and preacher, assisted by his wife Martha at the piano. The Knoxes, with their three children, began overseas missionary service in 1963 in Cyprus and Lebanon. |

Bill Lake Area Director for Asia & the Pacific Bill is from Cambridge, Ohio and saved at the age of 18. After graduation from Appalachian Bible College in 1970, Bill served as pastor of Faith Chapel in Carlisle, PA for four and a half years. He later joined Biblical Ministries Worldwide in June of 1974 and spent nine months on deputation. He then spent 16 years in New Zealand. He returned to the United States in 1991 and moved to Lawrenceville, GA to become a college representative for BMW. Bill became the Pacific Area Director in 1995. |

Paul Seger General Director Paul grew up in Nigeria and was schooled at Appalachian Bible College and Faith Baptist Bible College. In 1975 he was accepted as a missionary with Biblical Ministries Worldwide. For seventeen years he planted churches among the European population in South Africa. He was involved in the process of starting three churches and training pastors through the Church Ministries Institute. In March 1994, he became the General Director of BMW. |

Jerry Smith Director of Church Relations Jerry Smith graduated from Bryan College in 1959 and from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1964. He pastored for seven years in Louisiana, and worked five years in Christian camping. He taught two years at Word of Life Bible Institute and six years at Citadel Bible College. He has served for 23 years as an Area Director for BMW, and also was Candidate Director for 16 years. He currently serves as Director of Church Relations. Jerry travels and speaks extensively on behalf of the mission, and has a ministry of helping local churches be everything God would have them to be. Jerry also oversees the ministry of all our Representatives and is Field Leader for Church Planting in the Southeast part of the USA. Jerry has served with BMW for 28 years. |

Sam Wegner Sam grew up in the home of a home missionary in eastern Kentucky. He graduated from Appalachian Bible College in 1960 and spent 11 years in the pastorate - pastoring churches in West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. After his years in the pastorate he attended Bob Jones University graduating with a BA in Sacred Music in 1975. He spent 29 years with his wife Ruth Anne in Italy in church planting with BMW. While in Italy they both completed a Masters degree in social studies with an emphasis in Human Resource Development with Azusa Pacific University. They returned to the states in June of 2007 where he continues his ministry with BMW. |
