A “core value” at BMW is the local church. It is a core value because it is a core value to God. He was the One who initiated the idea. Therefore, BMW is all about the local church. We serve local churches that want to duplicate themselves by sending out missionaries. And we start local churches around the world. That is our mission. That is what we do. We are passionate about the church.
One of the ways we serve sending churches is to help them increase their sending capacity. The “Change Workshops” are designed to help a “Great Commission” church think through how to ratchet up their missions program. The “Mentoring” workshop is designed to create a culture and program of intentional disciple making and leadership development. The “Charting” workshop will help a church launch a vision for the future. And the “Tradition and Transition” workshop is a practical tool to manage the direction of that vision.
